We are specialized in providing prototyping stamping, CNC machining (covers CNC aluminum, CNC steel and CNC plastic parts), hardware customization service and provide relevant surface finishing options in variety. With our industrial experience for more than 20 years, we have the capacity to supply 1 to 5000+ high quality prototype stamping parts, CNC machining parts or custom hardware for you from 5 to 30 days at competitive price.
Our factory locates in the most famous area of China for supplying high quality prototype stamping parts, CNC machining parts and custom hardware. Our 58000-square foot workshop equips the equipment and devices to turn your innovative ideas into practical solutions. Metalstar prototype

Metalstar was founded in Panyu, Guangzhou city, China. The business started-up with just 5 staffs in 1300 square foot workshop and focused on providing deep drawn prototype.5 Jul 2003
Metalstar received her first order from a well-known China domestic company for 8 sets of washing machine case using deep drawn prototype stamping process.5 May 2005
For meeting growing demands from our customers, Metalstar prototype extended its offerings to vitreous enameling, nickel& chrome plating, powder coating, spray painting and anodizing treatment, etc.12 Jul 2005
Started to expand business to overseas.22 Sep 2009
Moved the factory to Shilou Town in Panyu, the workshop was expanded to 8000 square foot and employed 22 rich experienced staffs.20 Apr 2012
The workshop was expanded again to 12000 square foot, equipped 7 more high-precision CNC machinery and became to 35 staffs.15 Mar 2016
In order to optimize collaborative resources and also for more convenient business contact with customers of household electrical appliances companies who are located in Shunde area, Metalstar set up the branch facility in Shunde, Foshan city. The total employees of Panyu and Shunde factory expanded to 70.18 Oct 2021
Metalstar expanded Shunde facility to 56000 square foot, equipped new 3-D laser cutter and 6000W high power 2-D laser cutter.08 Apr 2023
Metalstar expanded her business to custom hardware covering furniture, kitchen, bathroom, window, door hardware prototype parts and small amount production.
